Bae Shiow Co., Ltd. engages in the manufacture and design of the headwear items. Our products include baseball cap, bucket hats, visors and cold weather items such as scarves, gloves, mittens, blankets in fleece, fur and knitting.

Bae Shiow’s headquarter locates in Taipei and the main production facilities locate in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, China- a mid size township about one hour and half driving on the highway from downtown Shanghai. In 1994, Bae Shiow started the production with 500,000 dozens a year in the factory. As the business kept growing, we established a new and much larger factory with more workers to increase the capability to 2 million dozens a year in 1998.

The factory now is over 30,000 square meters land area, including 4 production sections and an embroidery factory with 32 embroidery machines. We hire more than 2,000 experienced working employees.

Our Taiwan factory is in Chin-Sui, Taichung County, from which we export 200,000 dozens of caps and visors a year.

We own high performance production equipments such as Tajima embroidery machines, ASAHI laminating machines, JUKI sewing machines and the Italian-made advanced blocking machines and we have 10 Japanese made needle detecting machines.

We have 2 generators with 600 KW and 1 with 300 KW. They provide enough electrical power for the operation in the factory area during the limited power supply in summer time.

As for the policies of our company, we follow the code of conduct according to the local law and requirement from individual customers. We don’t use either child labor or forced labor. We comply with legally mandated working hours. Each employee is fully compensated when use overtime. We provide each employee legally mandated benefits.
